Shipping & Returns Policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase; we accept returns on any item that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact.

Please contact us at info@pelletteriadenti.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unused items will be accepted for returns or exchange within 15 days from the day the product was delivered to you.

We would like to remind that our products are made of genuine leather meaning that potential imperfection of the material are to be considered a proof of quality and a uniqueness rather than a defect.

 

Return Shipping

To return a product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs (although we strive to provide free returns on most of our product, this will be confirmed in the return approval email).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within days. Please allow for a period up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
